REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The exchange and return of goods can be made within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods, provided:

- custom or personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.
- items showing signs of misuse or wear are not eligible for refund or exchange.

- Return shipping of the parcel is paying by buyer.
